My client is a well known and respected international company in the distribution market.

Due to organic growth they require the services of an experienced Web Developer to join their IT Team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Contributing to and supporting the overall creative quality and usability of the clients continuing online presence.
• Developing creative designs for Web, Intranet, EDM, Mobile and Application interfaces in collaboration with the clients internal marketing teams.
• Reviewing current web content and styling and submitting recommendations for possible redevelopment projects.
• Ensuring that the client's digital brand is consistently applied and enforced.

The successful candidate will have communication skills that will allow them to develop a good rapport with all internal stakeholders, to determine their stakeholder's application requirements and to exude confidence. This is a key requirment. You must be able to demonstrate how you have performed this task in the past - especially where the clients need extra guidance to achieve their goals.

Aside from the above critical skill set you will need the following:

• 5+ years of commercial experience in the development of Web and Digital Brands
• Adobe CS5.5
• XHTML, CSS3, HTML5 and JavaScript (jQuery etc)
• Experience in the full SDLC as it pertains to Web Development
